Welcome to Estates-Manager!

Thank you for using our products and services ("Services"). Services are provided by PiCloud Software Ltd. ("PiCloudSoftware") address Sofia 1000, Lubotrun 30 str, Bulgaria

By using our Services you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Using our Services

You must follow all the rules that are provided by the Services.

Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not obstruct or attempt to access them in a manner other than provided by our interface and instructions. You can use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable laws and regulations for the control of exports and re-exports. We may suspend you or stop providing services to you if you misapply our policy or if we investigate an alleged abuse.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of intellectual property rights on them. These conditions do not give you the right to use branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure or change the legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

In connection with the use of the Services, we may send you service or administrative messages and other information. You can opt out of some of them.

Some of our services are available for mobile devices. Do not use them in a way that distracts you and prevents you follow the laws of traffic or safety.

Your Estates-Manager profile

To use our services you need a profile. You can create your own Estates-Manager profile or it can be created by the administrator, your employer or educational institution. If you use an Estates-Manager profile, set by an administrator, there may be applied different or additional conditions and it gives the administrator access to your account or possibility to disable it.

To protect your Estates-Manager profile, do not give out your password to anyone. You are responsible for its activities. Avoid using the same password for your account in Estates-Manager as for third party applications. Privacy

The Privacy policy of Estates-Manager explain how we treat your personal information and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services you agree that Estates-Manager can use this data in accordance with our privacy policies.

Your content in out Services

Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain all intellectual property rights, that you have on it. In summary, what belongs to you stays yours.

When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give to the Estates-Manager (and those we work with) a worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes made by us so that your content works better with our Services). The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of providing work and improving our Services, and for the development of new ones. The license remains valid even if you stop using our Services. Some Services may offer you opportunities to access and remove content provided to them. Also, in some of our Services, there are conditions or settings that limit the scope of use by our side of the content, you provided there. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for the content that you submit to our Services.

If you have a profile in the Estates-Manager, we can display the name and profile picture of your account.

You can find more information about the way Estates-Manager uses and stores content in the privacy policy or additional terms for particular Services. If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services we may use them without any obligation to you.

About software in our Services

When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, it can automatically update your device, as there is a new version or feature. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update.

Estates-Manager gives you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use the software provided to you by us as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to work with and take advantage of the Services as provided by the Estates-Manager in the manner permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of our Services or include them in software or reverse engineering or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or if you have written permission from us.

Modification and termination of our Services

Constantly changing and improving our Services. May periodically add or remove functionality or features, and suspend or stop a Service altogether.

You can stop using our Services at any time, although it'll be a shame to see you go. Estates-Manager can also stop providing services to you or at any time add or create new limits on them.

We believe that your data belongs to you and preserving your access to it is important. If we terminate a Service, which is reasonably possible, we will alert you in a reasonable time and give you the opportunity to get your information from it.

Out warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services, with the attention needed, and we hope that you will be pleased to use them. However, there are some things about them, we can not make promises.

As specified in the current or additional conditions neither the Estates-Manager or its suppliers or distributors can give warranties and specific promises about our services. For example, we assume no responsibility for the content in the services, their particular functionality, reliability, availability or ability to satisfy your needs. We provide services in the form in which they are.

We are committed to do everything in our power to always keep our services up to date and in perfect technical condition.

Despite the fact, that we make great efforts to be always up to you and we are online 99.90 percent of the time,
in case of broken service for some reason neither Estates-Manager or anyone else, who was involved in the creation, production or distribution of our services, subject of this contract, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage (including lost profits, interrupted business, loss of business information, etc.) in result of the use or inability to use our services. In case you have paid and active (unexpired) subscription for any of our services, and the inability to use it is our fault, we are obliged to extend your paid subscription period, in which you are not able to use the service, and for this purpose it is necessary to send e-mail to info@estates-manager.com, indicating the exact period of inability to use the services.

Neither the author nor his agents can not be held responsible for data loss, damage, lost profits or any other kind of loss from the use or non-use of our services.

In case of lost or corrupted data, we can not guarantee that it will be a 100% restored. We recommend you always to have copies of your important information elsewhere .

Estates-Manager reserves the right to delete the information, including the profile of the registered user, without notice or specific reason, which may be using or not our services without an active paid subscription.

Estates-Manager reserves the right to refuse the creation or extension of paid or unpaid subscription after the expiration of the current. In this case, we are committed to provide to you inviolable access to your information for 30 days after the expiration of your paid subscription.

Payments

We accept payments only from legal persons. For this purpose we need your corporate data. Your payment is made by bank transfer after receipt of a proforma invoice to your e-mail. Within 24 hours after the arrival of the money to us, we activate your paid subscription.

All of these Terms

It is possible that we change these terms or the additional conditions, which are in force for some service - for example, to reflect changes in the law or in our Services. You should check the terms regularly. We will post a notice of any changes in the conditions of this page. We will post notice of modified additional terms in the Service. The changes have no retroactive effect and will take effect not earlier than fourteen days after publication. Changes, regarding the new functionality in Service or made legal reasons, however, will take effect immediately. If you do not accept the changed conditions for a service, you should stop using it.

In case of conflict between these terms and the additional ones, the advantage will be for the additional.

These conditions govern the relationship between you and the Estates-Manager. They do not create rights of a third party beneficiary.

If you fail to follow these conditions and we do not take action immediately, it does not mean that we are giving up rights, which we may have (for example, to take action in the future).

If it turns out, that a condition is not applicable, this will not affect other conditions.

The courts in some countries do not apply the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, in some types of disputes. If you reside in one of these countries, then where the law of the Bulgarian Republic is excluded from applying, your country`s laws will apply to such disputes, related to these terms. Otherwise, you agree that the laws of the Bulgarian Republic, excluding Bulgaria’s choice of law rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services

Similarly, if the laws of your country do not allow you to accept the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria, the local courts in your country will have jurisdiction over disputes, relating to these conditions. In all other cases, all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria, and you and Estates-Manager consent to the jurisdiction in those courts.
